YSL gives you amazing full leather bags. Pebbled textured leather will hold up best compared to lamb skin or other smooth leathers with scratches. Definitely a luxury brand.I have the YSL EW shopping tote and I use it as my every day work bag 😊 I love it but I personally don’t think it’s worth 50. I bought mine brand new at a super discounted price. Cuyana .

Has anyone seen this new large shopping tote? I've been looking for a simple, classic leather black tote and this one fits the bill. The price isn't terrible at under ,000. My fear is that the soft calf leather will show scratches like crazy. I'm looking for a "grown-up" bag (my bags are Balenciaga motos and Givenchy Pandora) and I like silver hardware. I'm thinking of getting the YSL Envelope or something in the same price range. However, because of quality issues in this forum, I'm wary.
